The parts and components of the four models are technically designed, manufactured and managed according to the currently popular standards of standardization, serialization and generalization in the world. More than 90% of the parts and components of the four models have the same structure, size and geometry. In order to be consistent, it is convenient for customer maintenance and management. This machine is mainly composed of the mechanical and electrical control systems of the major components of the host (the mechanical and electrical control systems of the major components are described in detail below).
The mechanical and electrical components of this machine are well configured, and the mechanical parts adopt high-strength and high-steel frame structures. The main castings are from Japanese wholly-owned companies. The system adopts the products of American sole proprietorship Bechier Company, the main motor is the product of ABB Company, and the frequency converter and display screen are products of Siemens.
The working area adopts a fully enclosed transparent window structure, with less dust pollution and excellent sealing.
The working chamber is completely separated from the transmission mechanism, effectively preventing cross-infection. The parts in contact with the pill are made of stainless steel or have special surface treatment. There is no dead angle in the tablet pressing room, easy to install and disassemble, easy to clean and maintain, and meet the GMP standard of pill production and quality management regulations.
This machine has the functions of frequency conversion speed regulation, filling and sheet thickness display, pressure average display, overload protection, emergency braking and other functions.
